Still calling it "abuse"

The Pentagon says it's punished a total of 130 troops for abusing prisoners in Iraq, Afghanistan or Guantanamo Bay.
Officials say the vast majority of the cases, about 100 of them, involve the Army. That branch has deployed the most troops and provides the guards at detention facilities.

The Army says 17 soldiers charged with abuse were dismissed from the military. Another 25 cases were referred to court martial. The rest received nonjudicial or administrative punishment or a letter of reprimand.
