He refused to hop on the imperialist bandwagon, which now puts him as far on the outs with neocon orthodoxy as old Noamie.

Forever is a long time, but I do agree that the American Century died of self-inflicted wounds last week, and with over 95 years left to go this century, it'll seem like an eternity watching America's prestige rot in the Arabian sun.
