New AG

Looks like White House counsel Alberto Gonzales - the guy who helped determine that the president is above the law - will be the new Attorney General. I can't tell if that's an improvement over Ashcroft or not, because it was supposedly the Justice Department that made the decision, and Gonzales merely seconded it in a memo to the Warp Resident, but I can understand why the Brat King chose him.
