Myron Ebell, science advisor to the President of the United States, gave an interview on BBC Radio 4, which you can listen to here (start at about 3:30 in). The entire interview is bizarre, given in that oddly flat tone peculiar to right-wing paranoids (think Richard Perle's cultist delivery), but the highlight for me came when Ebell claimed that global warming is an anti-American conspiracy, perpetrated by scientists who take government money, and that the only independent scientists are in the United States.
