The Warp Resident's second term Latin American stance

From a Venezuela News Roundup (Venezuela Information Office) email today:

According to former White House special envoy to Latin America Otto Reich, "[a] second Bush administration is likely to increase support and attention to countries that follow the right economic policies, promote civil liberties internally, and don't interfere in the internal affairs of neighbors."

Some days it's all I can do to contain my loathing of these arrogant hypocrites.
