More than a dozen Iraqi political parties want elections in Iraq postponed until security at the polls can be guaranteed, but President Bush said Thursday the Jan. 30 date for elections is firm and should not be changed.

Some people think brown folks can't govern themselves, but George Bush doesn't think so. I guess they just can't figure out when they should start.
