Insurgency map

The Guardian has an interactive page depicting the geographic location of the resistance in Iraq and the types of weapons and attacks they are using. This picture is the map with "all attacks" selected. The green areas denote the geographical boundaries of mainly Sunni populated areas, and the red dots denote locations of attacks.
